Looking Back at the Vodun Days 2025 in Benin
From January 8 to 13, 2025, the URUNANI Africa Network had the honor of sending its focal point from Côte d’Ivoire, Madrick Sidrock Anicet Tonakambio, to participate in the Vodun Days in Benin.
These days of celebration were filled with unforgettable moments at the heart of a rich and vibrant culture, where traditions and spirituality come together in a unique and powerful way.
Through this short video, we would like to share with you some highlights of this immersive experience. However, we would also like to sincerely apologize to practitioners and devotees if, unintentionally, we may have made mistakes in identifying or naming certain deities encountered during the event. Our intention is, above all, to pay tribute to this culture and to the universal values it carries — respect, solidarity, and connection with the world around us.
Thank you to Benin and to everyone who helped make these days so meaningful and memorable. Discover these magical moments through our video:
